The Bookbyte Bazaar Safe-Buy Guarantee is a 30-day guarantee of the correct description and delivery of items purchased through the Bazaar. This policy allows you to have confidence while shopping on the Bazaar. If you have a qualifying problem with an order and are unable to resolve the situation directly with the Seller, you can submit a Safe-Buy Claim within 30 days of the order’s confirmation.
A qualifying problem is defined as one of the following:

Failure to Deliver. Your item is not delivered after payment is made.

Item is Materially Different than Advertised. Your item arrives in a condition dramatically different from the listing’s description. Item condition is a subjective matter, and to qualify as being Materially Different, the differences must be clear (at the complete discretion of Bookbyte). This may include, but is not limited to, missing pages, used instead of new, receipt of an entirely different item, etc. This does NOT include items in which you are simply disappointed with the condition.

How to submit a Safe-Buy Guarantee Claim:

First you must attempt to resolve the problem directly with the Seller.
If you are unable to resolve the situation directly with the Seller, determine if you have a valid claim by reviewing the requirements for qualifying problems above and the restrictions below.
All claims MUST be submitted within the 30 days following the confirmation of your order.
If you have not received your order, submit your claim within the 30 day window. We will begin investigation on the 31st day, and have up to 30 additional days to come to a resolution.
If your item is materially different than what was advertised, submit your claim within the 30 day window. We will begin investigation immediately, and have up to 30 additional days to come to a resolution.

To cancel a claim:

If your situation has been resolved with the seller independently, and you would like to cancel your Safe-Buy Claim, please click the 'Cancel a Claim' link at the bottom of the page. Canceling through this link will ensure that the claim will not be counted toward your lifetime maximum of three claims.

Restrictions:
|
Any Buyer may make no more than one claim per month and no more than three claims in a lifetime
The Buyer is covered up to the first $100 of the purchase amount for each claim – no more than $300 total lifetime liability per Buyer.
Shipping amounts are not included in any Safe-Buy Claim.
